Thursday - sick
Friday - sick

Saturday (3-7-09) - 10 miles coaching the Team. Started off feeling good and started to fade towards the end. Enjoyed getting in some miles with TNT (team in Training) alumni.

Sunday (3-8-09) - I planned on covering 15 miles on a section of the LD50 course, but cut it off short. I wound up doing an hour and forty five minutes on the Pacific Crest Trail. Still feeling shabby.

Kiley-

Sorry the journey seems to be a bumpy one, but you continue to inspire me through it. I make regular visits to your blog to see how you are coming along, what insights you will have, check out the pictures, and be amazed. John Bingham says that in training you will "see yourself filled with joy and blinded by frustration" and "you have been humbled by both the strength and fragility of your body." Thanks for taking us through some of your joy and frustration. Now once again, you can intimately feel how crossing the starting line is "an act of courage". As Jimmy says, it is all about the journey and not the destination. Your journey has been intense and amazing, and so will your crossing of the finishline. Thanks for continuing to share and inspire us all! Karla
